These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by Oichii Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website or via direct messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ordering
2.1 Orders may be placed via our website or by contacting us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram for bespoke requests.
2.2 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.3 Bespoke or custom orders must be confirmed in writing before they are considered accepted.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£).
3.2 VAT is applied in accordance with UK law (where applicable).
3.3 Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Freshness & Production
4.1 All cakes are made fresh to order.
4.2 Production is scheduled based on the delivery date selected by the customer.
4.3 Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver to Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire, covering MK, NN, and OX postcodes only.
5.2 Orders will be delivered on the date and time slot selected at checkout.
5.3 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
5.5 If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or no one being available, we cannot delivery or a refund due to the perishable nature of the goods.
6. Risk & Ownership
6.1 Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
6.2 Risk passes to you upon successful delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
7.2 Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
7.3 If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you must notify us as soon as possible on the day of delivery, providing clear photographs.
7.4 Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7.5 This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
8.1 Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including (but not limited to) milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, nuts, and soy.
8.2 While we take care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing the allergen information provided for each product prior to ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for allergen-related issues where this information has not been reviewed or where clarification has not been requested in advance.
9. Bespoke & Custom Orders
9.1 Bespoke cakes are made to customer specifications and may vary slightly in appearance.
9.2 By approving a design or description, you accept reasonable artistic interpretation
9.3 Bespoke orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
10.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be limited under UK law.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport disruption, or supplier failure.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media, including images and text, remains our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
13. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
