How do I check/track my order status?
You can view your order status by creating an account on our website and visiting the My Orders page. Any updates to your order will be shown there once it has been processed.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our online shop on the website.
For bespoke or custom orders, you’re also welcome to message us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram and we’ll be happy to help.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are made fresh. Your order will be prepared specifically for the delivery date you select at checkout to ensure the best quality and freshness.
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be delivered on the scheduled date and time you select at checkout. All cakes are prepared fresh for that delivery slot to ensure the best quality.
What is your return policy?
As our cakes are freshly made and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
However, if there is an issue with your order such as excessive damage on arrival or an incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll do our best to put things right.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, some Oxfordshire, covering MK, NN, and OX26, OX27, OX5 postcodes.
If you’re unsure whether your address is covered, feel free to get in touch before placing an order.
We will be offering UK nationwide delivery soon.
Can I collect my cakes?
Collection is available by arrangement. Please contact us to arrange.
